Product Liability:
360 Security's automated bollards are designed to enhance security by preventing vehicle theft. We take all necessary precautions to ensure that our products meet industry standards for safety and reliability. However, by purchasing and installing our products, you agree to the following terms:

Proper Use and Installation:360 Security assumes no liability for any damage or malfunction arising from improper installation, maintenance, or use of the product.

It is the customer's responsibility to follow all usage instructions provided by 360 Security. We recommend professional installation by our certified technicians to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Exclusions of Liability:

360 Security is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss that occurs as a result of:

Improper installation or unauthorised modifications to the bollards.

Misuse, abuse, or neglect of the bollards, including any damage resulting from collisions, natural disasters, or attempts to override the system.

Failure of the bollards to prevent vehicle theft or unauthorised access in cases where the bollards are not properly engaged or used as intended.

Incidents occurring during product installation that are caused by site-specific factors (e.g., pre-existing driveway damage, structural issues, or underground utilities).
Third-Party Interference:

360 Security is not responsible for damages caused by third-party interference, including but not limited to tampering, vandalism, or unauthorised attempts to disable or bypass the bollard system.
Installation-Related Liability:

Site Assessment:

While 360 Security makes every effort to assess the suitability of your property for bollard installation, we are not liable for unforeseen issues such as underground utilities, sub-surface damage, or other structural complications that may arise during installation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the installation site is clear of hazards and complies with local zoning and building regulations.
Damage to Property:

360 Security assumes no responsibility for incidental damage to your driveway, landscaping, or adjacent structures that may occur during the installation process, unless such damage is the result of gross negligence or misconduct by our technicians.
Product Warranty and Liability:
360 Security’s products come with a 1 year warranty, as outlined in our Warranty Policy. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes damages or malfunctions caused by external factors, misuse, or improper installation.
360 Security’s liability under the warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. In no event will 360 Security be responsible for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits, loss of use, or loss of property) resulting from the installation, use, or failure of the product.

Any claims arising from the product’s inability to prevent theft or unauthorised access, except where caused by a manufacturing defect.

By purchasing and using 360 Security's products, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless 360 Security, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
