Warranty Coverage:
360 Security warrants that all of our products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase or installation.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

What Is Covered:

Defects in materials or workmanship.

Any malfunctions or failures that occur under normal use, as specified in the product's user manual.
What Is Not Covered:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation.

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.).

Damage caused by accidents, unauthorized alterations, or repairs by third parties.

Consumable parts (e.g., batteries) unless the failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Warranty Claims:
If your product is defective within the warranty period, please follow these steps to submit a claim:

Contact our Customer Service team at info@360securityuk.com with your full name and postocde, a description of the issue, and relevant photos (if applicable).

We will assess your claim and, will be in touch with you regarding your claim.

Once we receive the product and confirm the defect, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the item or offer a refund.
Important Notes:

Shipping costs for returned items are not covered by 360 Security.

Products replaced or repaired under this warranty are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are only available for products that are unused and uninstalled.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.

Products that have been installed, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items:

Any product that has been installed is considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Customized products or special-order items are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.
