This Shipping Policy applies to supply-only purchases of automatic bollards and related products from 360 Security. Installation services are not subject to shipping and are scheduled separately following consultation and site survey where required.

Order Processing
Orders for supply-only products are typically processed within 3–5 working days of order confirmation and receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Processing times may vary depending on stock availability or product specification.
Customers will be notified if there are any delays affecting their order.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the delivery location and the nature of the product ordered. Estimated delivery timeframes will be confirmed at the point of order. All delivery times provided are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or adverse conditions.

Delivery Method
Products are delivered via a third-party courier or pallet delivery service, depending on size and weight. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that suitable access is available at the delivery address to safely receive the goods.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of the order. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

Risk & Responsibility
Once delivered, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer. Customers are advised to inspect deliveries upon arrival and notify us promptly of any visible damage or issues.

International Shipping
At this time, products are delivered within the UK only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you are interested in international shipping, please get in touch.
Installation Services
For customers purchasing installation services, delivery of equipment is managed as part of the installation process and does not fall under this Shipping Policy.
